KLK Postmasburg and Franklin Electric

I bought a new Aqua Duty submersable pump from KLK in Postmasburg. Over R6000.00. i had it couriered to Cape Town (water restrictions) for my borehole. This pump came with a house plug (plug and play) and no instruction booklet what so ever. It worked for 3 hours till the motor siezed up. Called the manufacturer and their response is i should have placed the pump under pressure to reduce the amps. ?. WTH??????????????????????

So....... Im out a pump and R6000.00
