Bad service!

Franklin wow what a product! They make one of the best sub mersible pumps I know but when it comes to staff what a joke! About one and a half months ago I was approached by a representative of Franklin Elec he promised to come and help to see my set up at home. Next I got a text message to say I must get someone else to help me his bakkie has broken down. I was given prices of Franklin motor, pump and control box. After per suing and per suing I finally got an official quote not matching the original figures or products I was given. Next minute I got a voice note from another representative to say that that representative no longer works for the company. What can he do for me? So he gives me a quote even higher than the official quote but still not the Franklin motor, pump and control box I already have. The new representative keeps telling me he will phone me back phone me back, he is at a client. This is just so sad to see how people can turn you off a good product!!!
