License

On the 5th of July 2021 I went to go renew my driver's licenses, thy told me will be ready in 6 weeks and it's now 8 weeks still did not get anything I went to the license department on the 16th of August 2021 thy told me the department is closed due to looting and that i can go to Xavier license department to find out went there got there told me it is still not ready i will receive a SMS but it is now 8 weeks and still not anything trying to call but there is no answer since last week
