Great service after I forgot papers in vehicle

Me and my family were travelling to Port Elizabeth on Thursday morning, and I forgot the children's birth certificates in the car, which was already taken away to be parked by Klipkop. My husband contacted Klipkop in order to ask if the driver can return with our car in order to get the birth certificates. After a few minutes when the time started to feel quite long and I am starting to panic, I was now also calling the office to ask if the driver will be on time. The lady at the office said she must find out who the driver is first and then she tried to calm me down by saying she is sure they will be on time. The driver is not allowed to answer his phone while driving, so it was a catch 22 in order to get hold of him and let him know we needed him to turn around. They managed to get hold of him, he phoned my husband and they arranged for him to retun with our vehicle with the papers. The driver arrived, we managed to board our flight without any rushing or running and the office lady called me back 3 times in order to keep me up to date and asked if everything was sorted.

I really appreciate their effort in getting back to us, in time and so we managed to board our flight, thank you Klipkop.
