Klipha.online - Bad service

We paid for an online shop for marketing on the 8th of November 2019. 3 Months later we receive a training manual for the shop. The products are not labeled correctly. Photos are incorrect, the products are not in the correct categories. When I did question Klipha the response I got was "did you not receive the training manual"? I asked what did we actually pay for if I must correct all the mistakes. The response was "we did what we got paid for". R8500.00 paid for the setup of an unprofessional online shop where everything must be re-done. The shop also looks like it was made on a free web portal. Total unsatisfactory customer service, I would not recommend them to anyone.
