Klinicare Pharmacy Uitenhage, Caledon Street, Uitenhage.

I've been receiving bad service from Klinicare Pharmacy Uitenhage, Caledon Street, Uitenhage for the past 3 months. As far as I know ALL the Klinicare / Link Pharmacies' systems are suppose to be connected to the rest of the country's Klinicare / Link Pharmacies, but Klinicare Pharmacy Uitenhage, Caledon Street's system is always off-line. It was off-line again last night when I was there. I handed in a 6 month repeat script at another Klinicare Pharmacy on 14/11/2019, which Klinicare Pharmacy Uitenhage say they cannot pick up on their system, because it seems like they switch off the connection to the rest of the country's Klinicare / Link Pharmacies. This means that they are only able to see whatever is on THEIR computers. Last month I was told that I must get a new script from my doctor to give to Klinicare Pharmacy Uitenhage. I was also told that I must not give my repeat scripts in at other Klinicare Pharmacies. A new script is going to cost me money for something that isn't my problem and besides that, I feel it is bad service from Klinicare Pharmacy Uitenhage for not wanting to log onto the system that the rest of the country's pharmacies use to access their clients' details. Two months ago I was given a box with medication with another patient's details on it and the sticker with my details was stuck on the back of the box. They didn't even remove the sticker with the other patient's detail on it. I am still in possession of this box and I have a copy of the script that I handed in at the other Klinicare Pharmacy on 14/11/2019, which a lady at Klinicare Pharmacy Uitenhage, Caledon Street insisted last month that I get and bring to her. Only to be told when I took it to her, that she doesn't want to see it. The pharmacy gave me my medication last night with a note on the sticker that reads "RX at Drostdy sal 12/3/2020 by Drostdy sekerheid kry oor herhalings".
