Klinicare Mill Park

Very disappointed with the service I received from the Klinicare in Mill Park.

My partner and I were showing serious symptoms of Covid-19 so we decided to call and place an order for delivery.

After making payment, we received no communication about when our order would be delivered. I followed up with Melissa, who had sent me their Klinicare banking details on Whatsapp. She made it a point to inform me that this was her personal number and the driver was making the deliveries.

The store was closed at this point. After waiting an additional hour, I followed up with Melissa again asking her to put me in contact with someone who could be of assistance. She told me she was at a function and I told her I could be dying. She told me to check the mailbox and I told her we don't have a mailbox.

Then she sent a voice note telling me that the driver called my cell phone, called out for someone and even knocked on the door, but there was no answer. I told her I've been waiting all day for the delivery guy to call me, but I not received any calls or missed calls from him. At this point, I gave up and just wrote a letter of complaint. We have a remote controlled gate and only residents with keys have access to this so I don't know how this driver was supposedly knocking at my door.

When I asked for the drivers number, she said she doesn't have it. This was very alarming to me, because if she wasn't communicating with the driver, where was she obtaining all the information she was telling me?

Anyways, I still haven't received my meds and would not recommend this Klinicare to anyone. I gave them so many chances because they're situated close to where I live, but I've had multiple bad experiences so I won't be using Klinicare again.
