Kleuterzone Brakpan (former Bambi) the worst daycare

This franchise bought a creche in Brakpan (Bambi Kleuter). On their first day Feb 1st, 2024. They called a parents' meeting without an Agenda to introduce themselves as new owners, I asked them why no agenda was sent with the meeting invite. Their response: we didn't want parents to ask too many questions. That should have been the warning sign, for me to move my son from their aftercare.

Fast forward to April 12, 2024. The principal sends a WhatsApp message telling parents that from Monday, April 15, 2024, they will not be transporting children who participate in extracurricular activities. Where on earth has that ever happened, where a business takes a decision that affects its customers who have standing contracts and implements it without proper consultation (within 24 hours)? My son was not picked up after his rugby practice, they did not care for his safety. Given all the atrocities that have been happening in South Africa, why should we entrust the safety of our kids to a greedy business? I demand a refund for the remaining days of this month!
