This “company” advertises flats for rent and makes the listings look legitimate. After enquiring, they send you an application form to complete. Shortly thereafter, they issue an “approval letter” and then immediately request that you pay a deposit.

Be extremely cautious. No proper viewing is arranged before payment is requested, and there are serious red flags in their process.

Do not pay any deposit before physically viewing a property and verifying the legitimacy of the agent or company.

Stay vigilant and protect your money.
