consumer rights ....they don't care

<p>I pruchased a Second hand Sewing Machine from Wilna at the" Klere Dokter" on the 5th day i returned the machine as it was giving me problems. I told her i want to be refunded for the machine which i returned. She laughed at me and said there is no way they wil give me my money back. again i returned with a written notice to demand my refund within the 15 days of the written notic. still they refused to sign the notice. i left it with them and went to the police station to write an affidavid .. stating that i delivered a notice to the shop owners. The machine was returned to the shop and i don't have a refund. The owners have told me i am not welcome in their shop and her husband is a bully he shouted at me and called me stupid and he is very intimidating. </p> <p>I am within my rights as a consumer ... Now what do i do? i have my invoice.. affidavid... dates and notices.. </p> <p> </p> <p>please help !</p> <p> </p>
