Klenz@Montana PTA. Poor service

Montana branch service extremely slow! Manageres always in her office. Not assisting workers to prioritize work.

I gave my car in at 11:50 on 6 January 2024 Was told it would take 1 hour or so. I came to fetch the vehicle at 14:30. It was still being cleaned.

I have to always point out areas that they have missed when the car is washed.
