Carwash damaged car without taking responsibility!!!

I took my car for a wash. I know it had a filled crack on the windscreen. So when I climb in the car to adjust the rearview mirror, I noticed that the windscreen was cracked up till the top and downwards running to the left of the screen.

For windscreen to be cracked like that they had to lean on the windscreen.

So the lady called today to tell me there is no solution.

My car was damaged. But previously they didn't mind washing my car

Pathetic. People complain previously also about negligence.
