Car Wash Poor Service

Klenz Carwash@Lifestyle should have gotten (-10) stars from me, but because the minimum star rating is one star I gave them 1 star..., I've been going to them for more than 6 years now without any problem until now (25/11/2022) ~ it was on Black Friday and they had a special on Valet for R600 (normal price R800) so I booked my car for a valet. Upon arrival all seemed good and well in-place and my car really looked good over-all, until I left the car wash..., at first jerk and 'pluck' as I was driving home and the next moment all power disappeared & it felt that the car had no power at all...! The Monday morning of the 28th of November I went to the car wash facility to find out more information about the problem & I explained to the lady at reception the problem I've experiencing with my car ~ then she gave me the owner's name & Cellphone number (Leon De Lange) whereupon I contacted him and told him about the problem with my car I experienced (he seemed willing to be very helpful), he told me that he's not a mechanic & he doesn't have experience/knowledge of cars and that I should take my car to a repair centre or garage which I immediately did ~ Fannie the manager (& also a man with car-mechanic experience knowledge) had a look at my car and told me the car is misfiring & is running on only 3 cylinders...?! He ask if I could leave the car there at the garage so he could have a better look at the problem. He said most lightly water got into the car's system and that's the reason for the problem with my car..., he said they should be finish with the car @ around 12:00 pm. I phoned just after 12:00 pm and Fannie informed me the two types of components got water damage and that they were waiting for the one component (coil pack) to arrive, but that he (Fannie) found water at/in the spark plugs and the coil pack ~ so it needed to be replaced...! I asked Fannie to email me the invoice because Leon De Lange said in the morning to me: "I must take my car to a car repair garage and then we'll take it from there"..., so upon getting the email with the invoice, I phoned Leon immediately and informed him about the damage on my car and the cost to repair my car. He then said to me: "it's more than he thought it would be" hence he wasn't willing to pay the invoice ~ so I had to pay for the damage the car wash place (Klenz Carwask@Lifestyle) caused on my car that came to a total of R1070,00...! Now that doesn't seem like a lot of money (, but if you only have R3000 in your bank account; this is a lot of money) and besides that I didn't cause the damage; the personal at the car wash facility caused it. Fannie gave me a fault report indicating that the damage caused to my car was a direct cause of water in the coil pack and also at/in the spark plugs indicating Klenz Carwask@Lifestyle was negligent with the high pressure washer and water got into the parts as mentioned above, but now Leon wasn't willing to be helpful anymore as far as it concerns pay the R1070 for the damage on my car...? So for your own sake and also avoid getting damage on your car don't go to Klenz Carwask@Lifestyle as over the years I took my car to them for a car wash, I saw how the quality of the service went "downhill" and gotten poorer; this damage was just the last "cherry on the cake that blow the top"... and caused the damage on my car. So I had to pay for the damage that Klenz Carwask@Lifestyle caused on my car and I hold them solely responsible for the damage on my car. Now Leon De Lange ***ner) isn't helpful anymore and not willing to pay for the damage costs of R1070,00. Now if this facts doesn't convince you to stay away from Klenz Carwask@Lifestyle then I don't know what more proof you need to not go to Klenz Carwask@Lifestyle for a car wash or for that matter any service from Klenz Carwask@Lifestyle for that matter.
