Appealing service from Klenz car wash

I usually used to take my car to this car wash and the service has always been excellent, until today. I took my car in at 17:00 and they close at 18:00. I asked them to ensure that my car is properly washed since it’s been a while, and I had selected the R100 package, they offered the R140 and I took it. After parking the car, I went to pay (I think that’s where the mistake came in, paying before the job was done). I handed over the keys and gave the guy my number to call once they’re done so we can collect the car. We waited and waited, nobody called and we eventually decided to go check up on the car. Upon our arrival, my car was parked there, left alone, UNLOCKED!!! This ****ed me off since we never got a phone call. As we stood there in shock, the manager came in her car, gave us the keys, told us they’ve been calling and they closed at 18:00, with SO MUCH ATTITUDE!!! My husband told her that he never received a call and she gave us the key and left! I’m so disgusted in the service we received today, it’s as if they did us a favor!!! I’ll never take my car to this car wash EVER AGAIN, and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else to do so!!! Appalling service!!! I’m even nauseous!!!
