Kleinsmith Trading - owner Ethan Kleinsmith not to be trusted

Kleinsmith Trading completed the roofing to our apartment. Payment was delayed and my husband paid him R50 000 in the interim with the agreement that it would be paid back to my husband as soon as he, Ethan, received payment from the CC. He received payment in June 2025 but just did not return my husband's R50 000. In August 2025, we contacted him asking for payment. He gave us all kinds of stories up until earky December 2025, when he made a payment of R15 000, with the promise that the balance would follow before end December . We have been trying to get the R35 000 from him since then. Every time he has a different story. He displays POOR business ethics and cannot be trusted.
