They opened our room while we were not there at N18 Chalets
One of their employees named Kobus opened our room while we were out of the venue. He had a guest in the room opened all my toiletries and make-up bag. They used my make-up and things I had not used as well as my deodorant. They smoked inside our room on the mug and left the bed all messy and things all over the place. The property manager refused to meet up with us to address the matter. This was a very unpleasant experience and really offensive.
