Misrepresentation and Poor service delivery

We visited Kleine Zalze lodge over the weekend 02/04/2016 - 03/04/2016. It was our 6 yr anniversary &I surprised my partner with a getaway & booked us in the luxury suite.When booking online it says with the luxury room you will have mountain or/and views of the golf course. We had a view of other suits & a sandy hill. We stayed in 1 Cabernet. The hair dryer didnt work, toilet keeps getting stuck when flushed, red marks on the duvet that looked like blood, cupboard handle fall off when you open it, the pipes are loud &there was a banging coming from them as well as you could hear when the other room opens their taps to bath or shower and the staff are not helpful. I complained about the rooms views & I was told that there is another luxury room with views of the golf course but its taken. Upon leaving we were not asked how our stay was so I went ahead and gave them a list of faults in the room & we didnt receive any feedback or an apology. Lastly we went for lunch and ordered a beef toasted ciabatta with chips and a pizza that was suppose to have rocket and parmesan shavings. We got lamb not on ciabatta -not sure what they used and what looked to be a microwave pizza. -disgusting
