Do not visit Kleine Zelze wine estate

Just received the worse service. We called to visit the wine estate Kleine Zalze and were told it’s on a first come first serve but we could come through. We got there in about 15min and were told that we cannot enter. We didn’t even make it past security. The person we spoke to was Maylene. We called back and she was completely rude to us saying “where do you expect us to seat you? On someone else’s table?” She told us to go ahead and post the pathetic service on whatever social media platform we can find. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not once did we even get an apology for the inconvenience. We told her we are tourists and she couldn’t car less. A very very poor representation off our Country. We called several other wine estates and they all advised on waiting periods or reserved seats for us. Please do not visit Klein Zelze unless you wish to be disappointed
