DON'T BOOK A FUNCTION WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISORGANISED PEOPLE!!!!!

Be very WEARY of booking a function with these people.

The restaurant /function manager is TERRIBLE at dealing with a customer... I booked a function months in advance, only to be messaged at 01:30 am in the morning, that I "need to find a different farm to help us as what we are offering isn't sufficient..." Take note that this was 2 days before my actual function - for which all my guests were invited to and all arrangements were made. I confirmed how many pizzas I want to order, what my budget was, etc. which he was happy with. But, he must've double booked or something, and then dropped me like a hot potato!! I phoned him, after he messaged me in the early hours of the morning, and he proceeded to SWEAR at me, saying he doesn't "give a f---" ........!!!!!!!!! And that "he needs to pay his sons school fees" (What does that have to do with me???)

I have confirmed all the details with him NUMEROUS times, to which his final response was 100%. He doesn't respond to any emails, even though when you WhatsApp him to confirm, he says you need to correspond via email. They have no booking forms, no deposits to be paid, nothing to secure your booking, but his word (which means NOTHING)

I have never experience such bad service and treatment from any other venue or restaurant I have ever booked a function with.

They are UNACCEPTABLE and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I am left shocked and stressed out as you can well imagine.

I would not recommend this venue to anyone.
