Owners need to control there temper

Yesterday we visited family at Kleine Bella familieoord. And yes we were at fault. They always arrange before hand and then we just drive to them where they are set up. We didn't think it would be a problem as the owner opened the gate for us how ever the lady was standing at the office waving as we drove past as there is an entrance to the office building. And then we seemed a bid lost so I told my husband just speak to her as she walked towards us where we were at there home entrance. And this is where my problem is. Instead of just telling us nicely that we have to go to the office first to do the paper work and the payment she just started shouting at my husband, turned around and walked away, so we found our way to the family, a bid embarrassed as everyone could see and hear what was going on. Then her husband showed up with the paper work and as he started talking to us I told him that I was sorry about the misunderstanding. And he also started to shout that we must now that we have to go to the office first, so I asked him if we can just leave it because I did apologise. I was really upset about the way we were treated even though we were at fault and I decided to put on face book that the owners are rude. In the end everyone made me feel that I deserved it even though I didn't explain the situation. My point being, according to the consumer's act the saying of "the customer is always right" doesn't count anymore but it also states that: "staff and business owners need to be trained how to keep cool in angry times. They should be taught on how to show emotional leadership in response to a customer - or to keep calm. Acknowledge the customer's emotions, listen with warmth and empathy, and apologise, even though you didn't create the problem." if this was the way the event happened the rest of the day's experiences also would not happened. And again after a while and after I stopped comments on the face book post she came again and shout at me, and then again her husband came to threaten me with a court order for name violation. This is not how to treat guest/customers at all even though we were at fault first.
