WORST SERVICE AND FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES

Worse experience I have ever encountered and if there was anything less than 1 star, I would have selected that. I will make sure everyone is warned against them as I have traced various people who experienced exactly the same lack of service, damaged goods, empty promises and all excuses in the book. Same Modus operandi used and no respect for the client at all. Nothing scares them off and they block you on all available portals and social media They don’t stick to collection times etc as per voice notes send on various occasions by Elize. Re-location is a daunting experience and a lot of costs involved. With a trustworthy company, you can plan according to this but not with Klein Karoo Vervoer. A lot of additional costs had to be endured to find alternative accommodation after we were assured via various whatsapp voice notes that it would be on Saturday 3/9. After various communication, another company, send by Karoo, collected on Saturday - We were assured load would be in Somerset west by Sat already...this company apparently took goods to Bloemfontein where it was standing at an adress for 3 days, unknown to the clients and also no mention of another party going to collect or be involved, when we paid them. Klein Karoo blocked and switched of their phones over the weekend and said they only do important stuff then - and client without ANY clothes or anything, left in the dark. - Apparently that is not a problem. Only on Monday, after always being followed up from our side, was a truck send to Bloemfontein from De Rust...they knew truck was there since 1:00 o clock on Sunday morning. Why only send a truck on Monday/Tuesday. Finally received our furniture on Wednesday, but the damages are unreal. We have luckily had photos taken of everything when it was loaded and we have all the photos of how it was damaged and we received it. Beware as they have so many stories and we found a lot of people who has all heard the same story of "truck broke down" and it's a "Shared load' and how they are trying to accommodate the client - All a bunch of lies and even though they keep on removing negative publicity, I will make sure more people don't get treated like us. I have managed to trace more people - Some still waiting for goods not delivered, or load also collected already but not delivered yet – Aware of people waiting for Over 8 days now. NEVER EVER TRUST THEM. Nobody told the client that furniture would be re-loaded or stay over in Bloemfontein. This is totally unacceptable behavior from anyone and then you shouldn't be advertising take on more business. The owner Albreght never phones you back and Elize gets rude and blocks you. Taking a chance on them, is a huge gamble to get your furniture on time and in condition it was loaded. If we would have known that all their reviews are not what you get, we would NEVER EVER have used them.
