Unpleasant experience
My delivery was 12 days late despite being promised it would arrive when specified - leaving me stranded in an empty apartment with no bed or even cutlery. The Company showed no remorse, couldn't give a straight answer on when I would receive my furniture and are refusing to refund me for the expenses, I incurred for the 12 days including accommodation, an air mattress bedding etc.
