Do not USE Klein Karoo meubel vervoer

Please do not use Klein Karoo meubel Vervoer. I currently have an open police docket of ***** against this company. They gladly took full payment on 29 January 2023. On 09/03/2023 I still did not yet received my furniture from Gauteng to Jeffreys bay. They have had so many excuses. And currently I have been blocked on their whatsapp numbers, and they do not answer when I phone. I have had to pay another company an inflated fee to deliver my furniture since Klein Karoo owes him a lot of money, that I am now being penalized for. He stated that he will not release my furniture from his storeroom, unless he is the one that does the move, he basically ******ed us. Today 16/05/2023, I have still not received a refund from Klein Karoo Meubel Vervoer.
