Klein Bolayi Game Lodge's poor service

On Sunday we handed in the meat at our local butcher. They also had to cut away a lot of meat due to it being very ****** and that the meat was not rinsed at all!( Even the cold room at the Lodge wasn't very clean and had a nasty smell.)<br> They processed the meat for me which I collected at a cost of R 2900.00<br> All of the meat is a waste as all of it reeks of stomach bail, the mince the wors the biltong all of it!<br> I realize that there will always be some meat lost due the bullet making a lot of damage, but this is due to unprofessionalism in skinning the eland.<br> Also on our arrival we were informed about their safety measures and how strict they are, on Sunday just before we left the PH fired his rifle accidently between a lot of our friends, which were at the chalets. So much for all the safety measures.
