Purchased and never recieved
Horrible experience. I purchased shoes from them 3 weeks ago and NEVER received them.
They give different excuses when it comes to delivery dates, they say the courier company is the issue but the shoe hasn't been sent. They say they will send the tracking number but you never get anything. They sent me a letter stating they would send the shoes 1 week after waiting a week already, saying they would sort it out, but you still never get anything.
Please do not purchase from them as you will never receive your item.

Please note that I have reached out to you constantly for a single pair of shoes and all I asked was for that one pair of shoes.
I purchased the pair of Spiderman Jordan 1s on 2024/07/29... which I haven't received. I've called you multiple times over the weeks requesting a tracking number to which you made multiple excuses or said 'I will send the tracking number when I get home' or 'Don't worry im sorting it out'...
your letter written on the 8th of August (11 days after purchase) to me stated:
"Due to recent delays we have had no option but to delay delivery for your order for Wednesday, the 14th of August next week. We will no longer cause any further delays and we will ensure you receive the
sneakers during the course of next week…
With regards to the delay we have caused, we still value your support and efforts for being patient with
us so we have decided to send an complimentary item of our choice along with the order. Your feedback
to help our brand grow when you receive your sneakers will also appreciated from our end…"
The 14th of August (16 days after purchase) came and went with no tracking number or shoes received on my end. I constantly asked for my shoes and tracking number thereafter to which you said I had problems with your supplier & i'm going to storage now and will send your stuff. I eventually had enough and wrote this review on Hello Peter (18 August) to which I received a call from you that I was unable to pick up as I was at work... you then proceeded to send me 2 voice notes where you swore me and proceeded to say how I'm preventing you from making money when all I'm asking for my one pair of shoes that I paid for.
You also requested me to remove this post and then proceeded to threaten me. After the voice notes I gave you a call back to which you swore me and threatened me even more. You also stated that I want 2 pairs of shoes which I don't understand as I only paid for one and I told you to please send me the 1 pair and I will gladly remove this post. to which you proceeded to swear me and call me names.
I blocked you on WhatsApp and normal calls as I was tired of getting sworn at and threatened by you. I am not misleading anyone as I have evidence of all of this and more. People may contact me if they wish to see all documentation.
I too, like Duane M am not interested in the money anymore and would rather people know that you are ****ming them out of their money and never giving them the items. Stop ****ming people and please run a proper business. Stop twisting this so people believe you so you can keep ****ming them.

20 Aug 2024, 16:46I paid for 1 pair of shoes (R787.70 to be exact after the 60% discount on your site) which I continuously asked for. No bribe was requested and neither did I ask for a 2nd pair of shoes. I did enquire about a pair of shoes as I wanted to purchase them after but I did not ask for them to be sent to me. You stated you the Travis scotts would be sent to me to which I thought you were sending it as a complimentary gift (as stated in your letter) later on realizing that you wanted to send me instead of what I paid for which didn't make sense.
You are only pushing the refund now as you know people are finding out about what you are doing. Where was this gesture after realizing you couldn't provide the shoes 3 weeks ago, after the numerous phone calls I gave you? Also, you state that shoes will be delivered 1-3 days after purchase... it's been 3 weeks of messing around with you and you never offered to do a refund before this.... why is that? only after I posted this .. you remove my review twice ... phone me.. voice note me and swear to me ..... after all that, only now do you want to refund me?
Thanks and do you think after 3 WEEKS of wasting my time I would want to do business with you?
