Didn't show up for appointment!

They just didn't rock up for the scheduled appointment. I waited 45 minutes for them before I had to carry on with my tight moving schedule.

What kind of business are you running with unprofessional behaviour? Both the numbers on this email goes to voicemail. Very poor client service and you haven't even started the job yet.

Starting to wonder if I made the right decision!!!!
