Worst customer service and they make you pay for a service and do not provide it! Disgusted by them

We have been using Kleen bin for the last few years and on 18/04/2016 we got home to find that 1 of our bins had been cleaned and not the other (we pay to have both our bins cleaned on a weekly basis and have always been up to date with our payments to them) We just took this mishap with a pinch of salt as its was the first time this had happened, the bin was smelly so put a little Jays fluid inside to get rid of the smell. Then on the 25/04/2016 we came home again to find that same bin had not been cleaned. I had then sent an email to them asking why the bin had not been cleaned, Adele had rep**** to me and had said that oil had been placed in the bin and therefore they could not clean it (this is not the fact) I emailed back and told her that there is no oil in our bin but we had placed jays fluid inside for the smell, I then got another email back from Adele saying that I dare not insult her staff as they have had many years of experience and that they had put sand in the bin to absorb the oil and it will be cleaned the following week. To our surprise when we got home on 02/05/2016 the bin had again not been cleaned. My father who was at home and whos second bin on our property too gets cleaned by them went out and polity asked the guys who were cleaning why they were not cleaning this bin again. The guys started shouting at my dad and telling him he cannot clean a bin in this condition. Such rude staff, clearly comes down from the owners of this branch who think they can treat the customers in what ever rude manner they please. Yes there are other places that will come and clean your bins, I have already changed ours and will never use kleen bin EVER again nor will I recommend there services to anyone.....
