Not very customer friendly

I had a dealing with the sales manager at Kleen Bin when tying to enquire about making use of their services, chap named Robin Netcher. I don't know if he was raised by Neanderthals, or if manners simply mean nothing to him. He has no decent way of speaking to potential customers, either via telephone or email. He seems completely *********** and his customer service is pathetic. I found an alternative company to use, slightly more expensive but I'll pay it with a smile became the staff there are just amazing.
