BAD ATTITUDE

Kleen Bin called me at the beginning of last year asking if i want to take there offer up on having my bin cleaned. I clearly stipulated that I will think about it and come back to them. During the first month of last year they cleaned my bin and I immediately told the kleen bin guys that I do not want to take up there offer. A year later I get a call from a very DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE and ARROGANT lady ***) demanding payment of R100 when I clearly told her that I will NOT be paying as I said I was NOT going to take up there offer and the cleaners cleaned my bin ONCE without my permission and she also threatened me stating that she will blacklist me. This IS NOT ACCEPTABLE behavior from a company like this and I will REPORT This matter to my lawyers.
