KLB Engineering refused to change or refund a faulty waterpump for waterfeatures.

Through Beeld "tot u diens' we've been waiting 3 weeks now for any reply from KLB engineering re a faulty waterpomp that only worked for a month. I had to seek assistance from the media re this matter, as I was just brushed off with numerous excuses. Since October 2017 to January 2018, KLB Engineering tested the pump FOUR times with the following results as per Eden Garden Centre's feedback from this supplier. * the fan is chipped * we cut off the plug (you have to, to connect it to a timer, more than a metre from pump) * it was struck by lightning we should claim from our insurance * incorrect use of voltage (the previous pump worked for years on same voltage) So many different excuses, rude representative, no reply to complaints. This unprofessional representative (Andrew) even badmouthed me at my local Garden Centre where I'm a loyal customer for many years. Needless to say that I will never buy a waterfeature pump from them again and will advise future customers to be careful. KLB Engineering's Waterfall Pumps are a risk to buy, as you will definitely not be compensated for any faulty pump. They WILL find an excuse not to refund you. Blaming you, blaming the weather, blaming the electricity and next time probably blaming Peter.
