So I must just say I would never want to stay at this place. Seeing how they treat clients is just not on. When you make a payment to a place and never get to see the place before arrival and upon your arrival you are not satisfied, an accommodation should respect a client's request and reason and therefore refund. But they are just trying to not see in reasoning. There is so many much nicer places with more understanding accommodation owners in the area.

I completely get they are losing business, but thr clients nerds are much more important thrn your 'EGO' and cpming in already with a stink attitude where other clients can see you wad somewhat of a experience. I work in the industry but neither would I stay at such a place neither work there for that matter.

What a huge disappointment this was.

FYI didn't stay there but seeing what the room looked like was enough
