No service at all

Asked for a quote, have them the measurements and the amount.

A very unpersonal email came back with a catalog. The the woman callsed me and said I have to give er the codes of the catalog, everything else would be too much work for her. Next day she wanted me to finalise the order.

Seriously, what service is this ? Does this person as any sense of professionalism ?
