KLA expoliting people

Good day On the 8th November 2021, i was invitted to a 5 day online market research which i was promised to be paid at the end of the project, now my recruiter as sent me a communication stating that the funds will not be released until proper identification has been provided, now my concern and which sounds very *****elent is that this was not lighted to me but they only requested full names, age and cellphone numbers for them to pay the incentives. Kindly advise if they allowed to exploit people like this. for identity theft and other ***** related activities on the internet one can not trust anyone
