Unfairly treated and not honoring the agreement

Greetings I have been working at K.K KIDEO DAY-CARE since last year November as an Educarer my responsibility is to teach the 3 to 6 years old every day and I do not have an assistant, I'm doing this from 7h00 until 15:30 but sometimes I knock off 17h00 as I assistant the aftercare school kids with homework. The day care center didn't register me and the two others one is taking care of the babies and the other one she dishes, wash dishes and care for all the after care children but doesn't help with homeworks. The payment I'm getting is R3000 and sometimes I don't get the full payment. The owners are now pensioners and they wanted me to take over from them from January 2024 but they recently gotten busy and they decided I should take over from this month of August and the verbal agreement was that I pay them R5000 rent and I did just that after collecting the children's monthly fees, so to my surprise they said I must pay myself and the two others for July salaries and I asked why must I pay because I was not I charge for that month and I was threatened that they will chase me away if I do not do that because that is their place so I ended up paying for the salaries of which I do not know how am I going to pay for end of November fees as kid's don't pay for December because we closing. We ask parents in the whatsapp group to pay August fees to me as I took over but some parents made a mistake and payed on owners account and they refused to give me the money, so I decided that after this month I will quit and they must take over again and just pay me for my August salary and give me the money that the parents payed because I'm still doing my job right and they say they won't be paying and instead they call parents one on one telling them lies that I did not buy enough certain things like food, filling up gas and filling up the jojo tank and I explained to the parents on the whatsapp group the real reason I'm leaving and so many parents are devastated as they don't like their children changing educarers a lot because they been changing a lot people because they under pay and don't register any of their employees with labor department. They never even had any qualified educarer and myself I'm still studying Educare course and only will be writing my exams in November. I would like to be helped by getting the money that is suppose to be payed by me. Thank you
