Worst customer service interest yet in the industry

<p>Placed order to manufacture items on 18 Nov2016</p> <p>Was told and confirmed in writing BY THE OWNER HIMSELF (Terence Petzer) items would be completed in 7 to 10 working days.</p> <p>I called Terence numerous times to get feedback on the progress of the items. According to him it was on schedule for day number 10. The sooner it got to day 10 the less interest was shown by him to give any concrete feedback. The ACCOUNTS lady was assigned to give me feedback on the progress. On day 10 the morning she called me with feedback and mid day she told me she would get back to me again in the afternoon before they close. She said they closed at 16:30.</p> <p>I had to phone in at 15:00 to find out that both Terence and Candy have left for the day. Then speaking to Dane Petzer didn't help much either. In his own words he didn't know much about anything around there and I THE PAYING CUSTOMER had nothing to do with what he does around there. </p> <p>Day 11 wasnt any different. The workers confirm that the items are not manufactured at their premises and that they cant get hold of the people where the items are. The OWNER shows even less interest. Leaves at 16:30 leaving us in the dark about what is going on with our order. </p> <p>Ignores customer emails. Shows no interest in giving feedback or any kind of explanation.</p> <p>This so called engineering company should not expect any more work from my companies. </p> <p> </p>
