Unfair and dishonest terms of sales

I would like to share my complaints about unfair and dishonest services rendered by Parts retailer KK Auto Parts, 471 WF Nkomo street, Pretoria west, they have breached the consumer protection act by rendering dishonest terms of sales to the customers also not considering consumers rights, My right to be supp**** with quality product was violated and also denied with a refund. forced to choose something else that was not durable and usable.
