Very poor quality workmanship

We got a quote form KJ's Projects, Karel Minnie to install, relining a swimming pool and do the paving around the pool. Never the less to say the job was very poorly done. 1. The pool is not installed level 2. The relining is done poorly - you can see the previously mosaic stickers showing through the new/top layer. 3. They broke the skimmer box and we had to replace it to our expense. 4. We had to pay to get all wastage and soil removed 5. The pool was never cleaned, it had probably more than half a cube of sand at the bottom of the pool, and still do. We can't get it out - looks like we will have to get another company at our expense to clean it properly. 6. The paving was done very poorly and keep on collapse in the ground - because of this there was damage/ broke tiles (paving tiles we bought) that they just put new cement around it - leaving the damage/broken tiles. 7. He try to rectify this job 4 times over a period of 3 months with no success - summer has past already and we could not ever enjoy our pool. 8. Buy the second time to rectify his job, he promised it will be done as we wish but we need to pay in full so that he has money to pay his workers and for material - when the bill came it was more than the quote with extras that did not make sense, never the lest we paid in full so that we can enjoy our pool before summer ends. By the 4th time they were on our premises coming with all kind of stories my husband had enough and chase him away. You can only take so much bad service from one company. I would not recommend Karel Minnes workmanship to anyone - it is of very poor quality. Also do not pay in advance.
