Complete ****! Had to reschedule my flight because somehow I booked the wrong date. Now I question if that is true. My boyfriend spoke to Antonio in customer service. He could rebook the flight but needed an eBay gift card for $100. After 2 phone calls suddenly he is unable to book another flight and needs to verify my CC info and asked to verify address. For our inconvenience he would refund the original ticket, the $100 gift car plus an additional $50. They tried to take an additional $162.00 out of my bank account and never cancelled the ticket. Thankfully I didnt have the available funds.
