DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS TRAVEL COMPANY. Agents and complaints dept are ***********. I have been struggling to get a refund since 3 January. And the only response is "Please be advised that upon checking the flights on your itinerary are already flown. Therefore, there is no possible refund for this reservation." This query was raised BEFORE the flight!!!! And they refuse the refund of R6K!!!!!
