Worst Travel Agency on the Planet

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Kiwi. I booked an outbound flight costing approximately R23,000, and when I encountered issues, Kiwi was completely unable to assist me. Due to the lack of support, I had no choice but to cancel my flight and request a refund.

I was informed that the refund process would take up to 14 days. However, I am now being told there are “delays with the airline,” and Kiwi is refusing to provide my refund. This is unacceptable. I paid a significant amount of money and now I am left without my funds while I still need to travel for work.

Instead of taking responsibility or providing real assistance, they keep shifting the blame and offering no clear resolution. The entire experience has been stressful, frustrating, and unprofessional.

This is by far the worst agency I have ever dealt with. I strongly do not recommend Kiwi to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, book elsewhere.
