Steer clear of Kiwi.com

This is the worst travel company I have ever operated with. I missed a connecting flight due to insufficient time reaching it. My ticket was not refunded even though their flights are covered against delays. The complaints department had the gall to tell me it was my fault as I should have phoned them while I'm rushing to get to my next flight so that they could do something. Quite what that something would be, I'm not sure.. Steer clear of Kiwi.com
