Spirit Airlines doesn't have universal keys to open bag so they break it

Terrible airline. They do not have universal keys to open bags when they want to check them and when you complain at the counter they tell you that the airline doesn't have universal keys and promise you a voucher to repair your bag but then don't log the call and the voucher never arrives. Which I didn't know so 3 days later when I follow up about the voucher they ask me for my ID for the claim and it wasn't given to me so now they refuse to pay out.
