WORST COMPANY EVER - missed a connection due to the late arrival of an incoming flight, they approved the cost of getting a new flight on the phone and then post event, refused to pay the refund. THEY ARE THE WORST. a 15 hour trip turned into a 30 hour trip with two flights returning due to technical difficulties, one missed connection and lost luggage.
