kiwi.com worst travel agency out there

Total ****. On full insurance I was not able to get my money back after flights were cancelled due to Coronavirus. Went directly to the airline and they said they would refund Kiwi, but Kiwi is not willing to refund me. They are completely refusing to help me after booking 8 flights in one trip with them. Will NEVER use Kiwi and I would suggest nobody use them.
