Kiwi.com is a ********** search engine

KIWI.com are awful. I booked flights with them to Paris. The airline cancelled the flight route in February (one month after I booked my flight in January). KIWI.com did not notify me about this cancellation until 2 days before the flight. I missed the email as I was traveling at the time. I arrived at the airport to find that my flight did not exist. I called Kiwi.com and Andrew (call center employee) was rude and abrupt. He was later reprimanded for his behavior that day. I had to book a new flight with a totally different airline at another airport in Paris. It was frightful. Upon return to my home country I contacted Kiwi.com and they were slow to respond. I posted numerous complaints about them online and Parsa eventually contacted me. He issued a 30% refund for my total flight cost and a 100euro voucher. I tried to use this voucher to book another flight and was told the voucher was already used. I never used nor distributed this voucher. To no surprise -Kiwi.com could not assist me further. I feel used, ********** and **** to by this flight site. I've heard of other customers who had similar experiences with Kiwi.com. Take your money elsewhere - booking flights through Kiwi.com is gambling with your money. Book your money through the airline directly or a more reliable and legitimate flight search engine.
