Kiwi travel reseller is a ****

This airline reseller is just outrageously lying. Despite the very plain English on their website and invoices about a "Kiwi guarantee", there , in actual fact, is no such thing. The cost of my missed connecting flight was actually not that much (~$400), but the process of attempting to claim their promised refund in these cases is so circular that it means nothing at all. There is no such thing as a kiwi guarantee, it is a complete lie. I have spoken to four different representatives now (good luck trying to find their customer service number, they don't provide it) and each has had a miscellaneously inappropriate English name especially given their accents. Not that that really matters, but their guarantee is complete nonsense and not claimable. Expedia is bad too but at least they do not make a guarantee that means nothing. Use Kiwi's website to find your appropriate journey, then buy from the airlines directly. Kiwi baldly lies about their guarantee, and without that guarantee their value add is precisely $0. This company is a ****, I do not understand how this is legal in the UK. Avoid Kiwi at all costs.
