They lure you with the cheapest prices of other flights, when you start proceeding with the flights processes a pop message comes up and tells you there has been changes with prices, not telling you if you stick to your amount the date changes. I stick to the amount I know. Proceed with the flight prices. Only after receiving my confirmation email I see the error in the dates. I tried calling these **********, couldn't get hold of them. Calling using international rates, I am told my flight number does not exist. Now I know I have been ****med. I even upgraded my services with them paying additional money. Still could not get hold of them. Called my bank and told them I think I have just been ****med. Blocked my card and everything, only found them on Instagram and were so inconsiderate after explaining to them what happened. Stay away from these **********. May they are trying to recover from covid losses but ***** *****, inconsiderate, nonsense policies. ********. They don't even have an email address.
