Face company lying staff and waste of time

This company doesn’t even deserve a star! One star is too much to rate them! Don’t ever book a flight with them! I booked a flight which was changed from the airline company to different time and I couldn’t use the flight! I called the flight company and they said that I am entitled to a full refund as long as kiwi.com rebut one! I spoke with numerous members of staff and management for the refund and I was assured this will be done and so far nothing! I also was forded to pay €20 for the refund transaction which never happened anyway!
