Don’t EVER book with this company!

Don’t EVER book with this company! I booked a flight for my mom without talking to her,after I told her about this surprise she said she can’t go because of some passport issues! I called the company after 30 to 45min from booking for a refund and they said I have to wait,after one month they emailed me saying that a refund is not possible,just $17 out of $226! Make yourself favor and choose a different company to book your flight!
