DO NOT BOOK WITH KIWI.COM!!!

After my CHF 449 flights to Guernsey were repeatedly cancelled in March due to the terrible weather, I've been struggling to get a refund from kiwi.com. After spending a further fortune in phonecalls and following up via email for FIVE MONTHS, kiwi.com add insult to injury by confirming my refund of CHF 11. ELEVEN FRANCS. I called kiwi.com tonight in case I had misunderstood and was told it's my fault for being a no-show. A NO-SHOW for flights kiwi.com suggested for March 3rd, which would have had me stay in Guernsey overnight for 13 hours and which I called them about to say it wasn't going to happen. My visa for the UK expired March 4th. All along they're telling me they're waiting on confirmation from one more airline and never once did they mention any risk whatsoever of receiving a piddling CHF 11 back. It costs me more to buy lunch each day and doesn't come close to even covering the CHF 80 phone bill for repeated calls to them from Geneva airport. I would hate to see this happen to anyone else.
